Mac Repairs

Yesturday I had the task of taking apart a 23” Apple Cinema Display HD with DVI. First, I had absolutely no idea where to even start because if you look at one of these displays you can see almost no screws or anything that would come apart.

If you know me or use the internet fairly often you’ll be familiar with the term, “Google It!”, and that’s exactly what I did! A quick search turned up this website with a take-apart guide in a PDF format to about every piece of Apple hardware you can think of.

You can download and keep these guides right on your hard drive for future reference which I thought was great. This is a really great site and if you need to take apart something to fix or even to learn how take things apart, this is one of the sites you should have bookmarked.
