Small Dog Mention on Consumerist

One of the neat things about running an online store is stumbling across feedback about your operation on the web. We work hard at keeping our customers happy, and the vast majority of our online reviews and feedback show this. Every now and then we make a mistake, though, and get a negative review. Also, sometimes we get flamed for no discernible reason. That’s simply part of being online.

Today someone sent in a link to an article on the Consumerist website. Apparently, someone ordered an iPod from us, and received a shrink-wrapped box with soap in it. It’s definitely worth a read:

Of note, people seem much more comfortable ordering over the web than they did three years ago when I started here. Also, after eleven years in business, people now seem to know that we are a real, established company, not a sleazy web-based rip-off joint.
