iConcertCal Updated

This past winter I wrote about a nifty iTunes “plug-in” called iConcertCal. This little plugin will analyze your music and then it’ll display upcoming concerts and shows from the bands and artists in your iTunes library.

Now they’ve taken it a step further and also show upcoming album releases from the bands and artists in your library. I’ve actually been looking around for a way to get a list of upcoming albums from my favorite artists. Well what better way to do it then have it right where I keep all my music!

They’ve also added a few other cool features like sharing calendars and subscribing to other peoples calendars. You can set what types of upcoming releases to check out (EPs, soundtracks, imports, special editions, etc…). One other feature that I really like is that you can export the calendar to show up in iCal which is great.

iConcertCal is a free application and can be downloaded from their website.
