Small Dog Service Recognized for Commitment to Excellence Award!

I am thrilled to report that today we received notification that we have earned a Commitment to Excellence Award from Apple for first fiscal quarter. This award recognizes our accomplishments in the Applecare Service Excellence Program and we will be receiving a plaque to represent this accomplishment.

What this means is that we were one of only 125 AASP’s (Apple Authorized Service Provider) in all of the US and Canada to receive this award as we averaged over 160% ACSE multiplier for the period – this score is a representation of quality work in a timely manner. To put that in perspective, there are over 2500 AASP’s out there and we were in top 5%!!!

Gargantuan props out to Matt, Jon, Chris, Bryan, Ryan, Todd and Liam for having a fantastic quarter despite being a man down for most of it. Your hard work and dedication to impeccable quality has put Small Dog Electronics into the elite for this quarter and set the standard for excellence.
