Small Dog's Ed Shepard at the Dark Knight Premiere in Montpelier, VT!

The movie premiere for the latest installment of the Batman film series was held in Montpelier, VT on Saturday night, and was hosted by Vermont State Senator (and lifelong Batman fan), Patrick Leahy.

Leahy had a charitable motive (the $50 tickets benefitted Montpelier’s town library), but he also had cause to brag a little–he has a part in the movie. Before the premiere, he and Warner Bros. Chairman and CEO Barry Meyer hosted a benefit across the street at the Capital Plaza, and Small Dog’s own Ed Shepard got in on the action.

The Dark Knight premieres nationwide this Friday, July 18, and from what we’ve heard, is well worth the ticket!
