It looks like we will see steady warming this weekend and no rain, so I will be heading out on my motorcycle for at least a short ride in the mountains. My mailbox and post totally failed after several years of being hit by plows, etc. I had one of those “doh!” moments as I went to install the new post. In the past, I would just dig a big hole, stick the post in there and hope it held up.

Well, that didn’t work so well, and the post was wobbling, so I went with Plan B. I got a 50 pound bag of quickset Sacrete and poured it into the hole with the post and added a gallon of water. Now, my mailbox is ready for another several years of abuse. I put letters and my name on it, but as I told Grace, it looks a little like a ransom note.

Be sure to check out the Dog Days of Summer specials — we have gotten very aggressive in our bundles and promotions so you might find just what you are looking for on sale at Small Dog Electronics. Thank you so much for reading this issue of Kibbles & Bytes!
