Has anyone actually seen the elusive green flash? Supposedly, a green or emerald flash occasionally occurs just before the last part of the sun disappears from view at sunset. I have met some people that have claimed to have seen the green flash but I always question their veracity, especially if they say it was on a sunset booze cruise or on the beach in Jamaica. I think it IS real, but have you seen one?

Well, Grace and I will be leaving for our own green flash to the Green Mountains next week to spend Thanksgiving with the family and check in with the Vermont crew. I’ll have to dig around for some warm clothes!
