Dear Friends,

Just over a week before winter ends and only a couple days before we change the clocks forward but many of you are covered with snow from the latest nor’easter. My granddaughter, Khadija, is visiting this week and we went to see Black Panther for the second time together. Love that movie. Khadija is studying theatre at Boston University so she had an in-depth appreciation for the movie while I was just wowed and entertained. I do recommend it if you have not seen it yet.

My Amazon Alexa has not been emitting any creepy laughing but I am sure that is not the last episode of artificial intelligence pranks or glitches. I do think as we jump deeply into self-driving cars, AI in the home and inter-connected everything that we must be aware of potential dangers. We are losing some basic skills as machines do our work for us. It will be a challenge for us all to find the right balance!
