Grace and I are taking our annual pilgrimage to the friendly confines of Wrigley Field in Chicago to catch a couple of the last games of the regular season as the Cubs take on their arch-rival St. Louis Cardinals. The Cubbies are jockeying for position to win their division although they have clinched a play-off slot already. Nevertheless, baseball at Wrigley is so much a part of our lives that I am sure we will have a ball drinking some Goose Island 312 and eating hot dogs while we cheer the Cubs. Grace transforms from her laid back carefree self into a rabid Cubs fan when she goes to a live game. It is almost as fun watching (and encouraging) her as it is to watch the game!

We will have some fun, go to a Chicago blues club and wander around our old haunts. We have a lot of memories from Chicago as that is where we met like 52 years ago…
