An on-the-spot video from our 2009 record-setting ewaste recycling event in Burlington, Vermont. We collected 150 tons of ewaste from 1700 cars in only 5 hours! All ewaste is safely recycled in the USA by WeRecycle. Much of it is simply shredded and sorted into elemental form, to be reused in new electronics.
