An on-the-spot video from our 2009 record-setting ewaste recycling event in Burlington, Vermont. We collected 150 tons of ewaste from 1700 cars in only 5 hours! All ewaste is safely recycled in the USA by WeRecycle. Much of it is simply shredded and sorted into elemental form, to be reused in new electronics. We are proud to help keep these hazardous electronics out of Vermont’s landfills.
