Podcasting with Textpattern

I’ve been a fan of Textpattern, the Content Management System we’re using for our blog and podcasts, since I was introduced to it by Jon Hicks a few site redesigns ago (approximately the same number of years ago, as most bloggers do a site redesign nearly every year). It’s a light-weight, easy to use, and easy to extend content management system which is often used for blogging (much like the popular MovableType, WordPress, etc.)

One slight disadvantage it has is that it doesn’t support Podcasts out-of-the-box or through plug-ins. One fairly easy workaround is to use the FeedBurner service to republish the RSS feed from your Textpattern blog with
