Verizon iPhone 4 Pre-Orders Begin Tomorrow

As announced last month, tomorrow marks the first opportunity for existing Verizon Wireless customers to pre-order the iPhone 4. The phone, which sees public release on February 10th, will be available in limited quantities for pre-order from both Apple and Verizon beginning Thursday. As both companies anticipate an incredibly high volume of pre-orders, iPhones are available on a first come, first served basis.

In addition to the pre-order option for existing customers, Apple has also announced it will begin taking orders for the handset beginning a day early on February 9. These orders can either be shipped for free, or reserved for in store pickup/setup on the 10th. Apple retail stores will open early at 7:00 AM on the 10th to begin selling the phone to the general public. Apple has updated the iPhone 4 portion of their site to reflect the updated launch timeline.
