User Tips Library

From Art Hendrickson

Every Mac user should know how to get help or research an issue when something goes awry with the normal operation of one’s computer.

I often refer people to the Apple Support Discussion Forum when giving tech support. There’s an enormous quantity of information available under quite a few categories, such as various hardware, software, or extras.

I just found one more section that’s Mac users listing tips for common problems for anyone to read;

Rather than people posting questions and waiting for responses, this area of the Apple Discussions Forum website (called the User Tips Library) is a collection of solutions for people to browse through. At the time this blog was keyed, there were at least 500 different tips posted.

Check it out!
