New MacBook Core 2 Duos!

Apple just released the MacBooks with Intel’s Core 2 Duo. Apple says the new MacBooks were given a 25% boost over the previous MacBooks. As before it comes in 3 “base” flavors. They have the 1.83GHz and 2.0GHz in white, and the black model in 2.0GHz. The black model also comes with 1GB (2×512MBs) of RAM standard while the other 2 come with 512MBs of RAM.

  • 1.83GHz or 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
  • Up to 2GB memory
  • Up to 200GB hard drive
  • Apple Remote with Front Row
  • Built-in iSight camera
  • Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950
  • Slot-loading optical drive
  • Built-in AirPort Extreme
  • FireWire 400 and two USB 2.0 ports
  • Gigabit Ethernet
  • Bluetooth 2.0+EDR
