Today is the first day of Macworld. While this year’s show is overshadowed by Apple’s announcement that this will be their final Macworld ever, it still should be a good show. We’ll cover new product announcements (from both Apple and other companies), gossip, photos, and anything else Macworld-related of interest. Stay tuned!

In an open letter, Steve Jobs explains why he won’t be giving the Macworld keynote tomorrow (spending time with family), that his recent weight loss is due to a hormone imbalance, that his health is fine, and is asking everyone to “relax and enjoy the show tomorrow” at Macworld.
