A Look at the iPhone Family

Apple today announced the addition of the iPhone 4S to the iPhone family, as well as a new price point for iPhone 3GS and a new price point and storage capacity for iPhone 4. Here is a brief rundown of the current iPhone options:

  • iPhone 3GS (8GB): free with a new 2-year AT&T contract (available in stores now)
  • iPhone 4 (8GB): $99.99 with a new 2-year AT&T or Verizon contract (available in stores October 14)*
  • iPhone 4S: $199 (16 GB), $299 (32 GB), $399 (64 GB)—with a new 2-year AT&T, Verizon or Sprint contract (available in stores October 14)*

*iPhone 4 and 4S available in black or white
